Strategy of MONNARI TRADE S.A. Capital Group
- Our top objective is to maintain strong position of MONNARI brand on the domestic market of women’s clothing in the premium segment, which is characterized by higher margins and has a big potential for development in the country.
- We strive to develop through extending the network of our own company stores in the best locations in Poland in department stores and shopping centers – the target floor space of our stores ranges from 200 m2 to 300m2.
- We fight for a strong position in eCommerce.
- We would like to extend our presence on the fashion market (diversification of product portfolio) through new brands which will be included in the Capital Group by way of:
- acquisition
- creating new brands.
- We would like our development to be stable, sustainable and compliant with the principles of corporate social responsibility.
